Well I am feeling a bit groovey.  Thanks DL for the post and to the rest of you for your good words! At the beginning I wasnt sure I'd make a week but then I set my mind to it and through a wedding, surgery and various other stressors I've maintained my quit.  200 (and 1) days-yippee!!
