CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR MAJOR SUCCESS!!Don't you just feel a huge sense of self reliance and confidence getting through Hell week? YOU DID IT.
With that week fresh in my memory toward the ending of heck week I started to get depressed thinking does this not ever end. Am I doomed to think of cigs all the time. Not so much crave, just whimsical thoughts... ... ...
Ok, anyway my sister called 3 days ago absolutely hysterical, crying , blubbering, I could not even understand her. So I start talking to her to relax her etc. Point is this was super stressful situation, and normally I would be chain smoking if not through it then at the very least after it. But it was 2 days later before I realized that I did not even think about having a cig. Not One Puff Ever. Me, I did not even think of having one for two days after. Don't give up the fight or let depression and despair aka Nicodemon, talk you into one puff or just one ciggie, who will know. You will. If I can do it. Anyone can. Keep up the GREAT fight, and lets get it done!!
Always,
Pupikat
