since I butted my last cigarette and said, "THAT'S IT - NO MORE!!!!".  That was 200 days and over 5000 cigarettes ago.  I remember at the time thinking when will this get better??????  And now that I'm at this juncture in my quit, I can honestly say that the time did go by quickly and it IS better.  Much better.  So to all you newbies, there is hope for your quits.  Stick with it, your lungs, your body, your LIFE, with thank you!!!!!

Cheers,

Jan
