I have typed this many times here and I will type it again now, if your desire to be quit is greater than your desire to smoke, you give yourself a wonderful chance of succeeding and with a relative ease.
The converse is also true.

Cigarettes Not Smoked
Thanks for the replies, I know the first week I had a few extremely strong cravings but worked my way thru them.....just seems this week has flown by without much thought of smoking. I still drink my coffee in the morning, have actually been sitting in my usual smoke chair, doing all my normal stuff, just smoke free and not noticing any thoughts of it even. Now I also realize that it could be the Champix or just nicodemon trickory, lol...so I am aware and ready should it pop back up, I can fight it again.
