Good to see that you are back!!! Do something symbolic and just totally destroy that last cigarette and vow to yourself that the nico-demon WILL NOT ever again defeat you!!! You have to have that positive attitude and make a FIRM committment to N. O. P. E. Keep telling yourself EVERY time that you get a craving that YOU are stronger and that you CAN and WILL be the winner of the battle!!! That's all it takes!!!
I went back and read the last thread. I didn't see criticism... I saw unconditional support! I saw words of advice!
Yes, I saw some "tough love" from people who truely cared about you and your success! They asked you some very hard questions. I sure didn't see the criticism! Hopefully you have had time to think about what was said by some very concerned quit buddies and I hope now you can really see that we really ARE all here for you!!
Post and wait and slay that nico-demon, girl!!! We're here for ya!

We are here to support..not make judgments. We all know how hard it is to stop smoking..We'll always be behind you, and you know that. At least I hope you know that. You can do this Kristilu!!! I'd like to share something...Yesterday I hit my nine month anniversary and I went to the local convenience store to get a six pack of beer. The infamous wall of cigarettes behind the cashier was staring back. This was the first time I actually thought about smoking since I got to the beach! I'll almost bet that if there was one of my own smoking triggers there, at that particular time, I would have bought a pack. I looked right at the brand I used to smoke.
I caught myself just knowing that I can't let myself fall back into the trap I was lost in before. I don't remember if you were around when some of the members were discussing going to the Florida theme parks, and having to schedule the day around smoking areas. Well, now we can enjoy all activities, everywhere without this concern.
Kristilu, you hang in there, we need you to live!!
I hope I made some sense.
