I'll say Sparky
I’m so happy with your progress Sparky! Look at that 454 days. Look at that again 454 days. Let me look at that again, yep 454 days and again and again! You’ve done well there gal and how I have missed you posting. However knowing that you have done something real good for yourself makes me able to cope, sleep all the better at night. I don’t hear from Rusty much. She is one heck of a quitter. Mr. Kitty is a big boy now and am happy that you have him.
Yes we have a real good group of new quitters, not unlike the days when we were all in this together. There are lots of them and a great bunch that they are!

Ahh Sparky, it's great to hear from you and just look at those stats of yours! Awesome! Thanks for sharing! The freedom is pretty fantastic, isn't it? At first, you wonder if you'll ever reach that point, but then you do, and it truly IS all that they say it is...I know!
I haven’t posted much lately, just sitting back and watching all the successes. I am seeing old friends attain milestones and the new ones jumping in and helping one another. The key is helping one another. When I first came to this site I wasn’t sure if I wanted to post or not so I just hung out and read. Then came the day I started posting and met some of the most wonderful people.
I set a quit date and was sure I could do this. Being full of confidence and some arrogance I began my journey on SSC. Then my ego got the best of me and I smoked. Sadly and with much regret I came to SSC and told everyone I had smoked. They didn’t kick me off the site; they encouraged me to continue the fight. I set a new quit date and began again and the ego returned. This happened several time, but I am quit today.
I have found other sites, but SSC seems to be just right for me. I am very fortunate because I have been able to meet three members and I think that is wonderful and some I have been able to chat with on the phone. A face or voice makes it that much more real.
What I like most about being smoke free is the freedom. I am sure that many of you have different experiences with the freedom, but the bottom line is as long as we don’t smoke we are free to come and go with ease and that is a wonderful thing.
Keep the Quit
