Well today was better than yesterday and for some strange reason I think tomorrow will be better than today was. I don't know...call me an optomist. I spent a few hours at the library today. It's not a place that I ever went to and smoked so I figured I would be somewhat safe there. I was. That's not to say that I didn't have any cravings, because I did. But they were fairly easily dealt with. So, I am still smoke free. Being smoke free is what I am doing. Staying smoke free is my goal.

fr8train,

Wow! Sounds like you have this quit down pat already! Going for a bike ride is a great distraction, and besides that it is an excellent work out and a good way to keep your mind off of smoking. It's also great that you had a good nights sleep and are all rested up to conquer another smoke free day!
Keep up the great work
