Congratulations to you and Mr J on 6months, or better yet, 200 big ones!!! Are you still buying plants for you rewards? If so, you must have one heck of a garden by now!! Whatever it is that you are doing, you're doing it right. Sorry about the nightmare but those dreams do have a way of reminding us just how powerful this addiction is. They show us that we should never let our guard down because, in just a flash, we could lose what we have worked so hard for. Keep up the good fight!
Best wishes to you and Mr Jazz,
G

Aw, Patrick, good for you. You have done so well with your quit, and I'm so proud to have shared this journey with you. You're quite a guy! I can't brag about my losing 1 pd, but when I hit 7 pds lost I'll shout it from the rooftops!

Major congratulations, Mrs Yazz!! You're right! 200 Days sounds way more impressive than "6 months"; I've been trying it out this morning in anticipation of telling my sister in about three weeks time..." Oh, yeah! I haven't smoked in 200 days..." Makes it sound sort of pilgrimagy or deeply Catholic... and I can top it off with the casual aside " Oh, yeah. And I've dropped 7 lbs also ..."!!

Thanks everybody. It really is a wonderful feeling.
Here's where it gets a little scary - dreaming last night about both hubby and I smoking again. It looked so natural, like we'd never stopped. Thank goodness it was a dream, but it sure made me want one (or ten) - I even thought about digging out a leftover patch and slapping it on. Pathetic or what? Looks like it's going to be "one of those days".
