thrivingincanada,

Congratulations on your achievement thus far. We're very proud of you! It's fabulous that you've started to make other changes in your life. Exercise is a great way to boost mood and make you feel better all around.

Keep up the great work!

Ya, that little green monster from the commercial put up a fight coming out but he is out. Its funny cause I wasn't really having any "moments" till the last couple days. Thinking about smoking. I am hanging in there though. "This to shall pass". Deep down inside I know I do not want to be a smoker. Once again I know its good to keep busy and especially when they little green monster enters my brain and says go for it. That little B%#$^ard!!!!! There, that made me feel better. hahaha I am still off the smokes and plan on keeping it that way one day at a time. I started lifting weights last night at home and doing a few other exercises. Quitting smoking is defnitly all about changing habits and the way you think. I think its good to come on her and admit that you think about smoking if you do. We all need support and keeping that inside can be deadly on your road of recovery off the smokes. Anyways, thats my thoughts for the day. Oh, Deep Breathe....if I do not see ya or hear from you , have fun at the Eagles!! Have a great smoke free day all! :-)
