It's finaly here... the satisfaction of being smoke free for one year without even cheating once.

I am soooo proud of myself.

I remember going threw some pretty emotional things this year. Sometimes i use to think how much i would like a cigarette to help me get threw this hard times, but i never did. Now, i can proudly say that i can go threw life being happy and proud of being free of that addiction. Smoking is a thing of the past.

And to all my fellow July quitting friends..... your day is coming soon. Embrace every moment of it. YOU DID IT !!!!!
