Today I am SMACK - right in the middle. Yesterday was 150 days smoke free, and tomorrow is exactly 5 months smoke free...and I'm sandwiched in between the two. What a great place to be, I have to say. I haven't been smoke free like this in a VERY long time! Thank you everyone for all the help and support you've given me. I consider myself EXTREMELY lucky to have found SSC. It took me a few tries to get it right, but I think and hope that I'm there. Thanks again!!!!!!
