I haven't been around for a while, but I did just recently hit my 4 month mark and celebrated my Birthday on the same day.  I want to say to all the new folks out there just joining us or on your way already, welcome and just stay.  Not smoking has been so wonderful for me in my life.  Last weekend I was at 11,000ft. in the mountain trails hiking and I was able to do it without too much huffing and puffing.  I don't think about when my next smoke is going to be anymore and after only 4 months my cravings for food have mellowed out.
So to all of you who might be thinking that this just cannot be done, I'm here to tell you that it most certainely can be done!  Keep up the fight and the spirit and in Hotsio's words, Keep a POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE!!!!! Hi Jim and all my other support I haven't seen in a while.
Terry.
