Yeah!!!!!!! Thanks everyone! I'm so chuffed, I used to be so jealous of the people whose smoke free days just kept going up and up and up while I kept tripping up and going back to the beginning. I thought that this was impossible many times but its not, I just had to find the way that worked for me and I have and I am so happy, even when I'm having an 'aaarrrggghhh day'! This is the longest that I have been smoke free in 11 years and I couldn't have done it without the help and support on this site so from the bottom of my heart, thank you all!
