I said this to Meg the other day and I say it to you now - 100 days is an extremely significant milestone!

It meant so much to me that it actually ranks higher in my memory than 'One Year' and that is because at 100 days you are still raw and fighting hard to maintain your quit.

Like yourself, my longest quit was 120 days and I kept aiming to beat that number. Once you do that the hill does not seem so high. You seem to have the determination this time and I wish you a wonderful summer in God's own country!
