Josie's video

16 years ago 0 1153 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Members,

Josie's video is a harsh example of the effects of smoking. It is a real eye-opener.

Check out all of the mod's videos and Jan58 and Penitent. Head over to your Support Group Options and upload a video of your own. We'd love to start to learn more about your quit!

Send us any feedback or questions that you have about adding a video to your personal profile.

Looking forward to seeing many more videos soon!

That was the most horrible thing I've seen in a while.  Who needed a cigarette, I don't need a cigarette.  N.O.P.E. not me no way.  That tar in the lungs that nasty black liquid.  Oh horrible.  Why did we do that to yourselves.

Watching that video was a little hard. The resolve to stay N.O.P.E is now stronger because of it.
and as Cassy said, that craving I was having is gone... Thanks for posting it Josie!

Well I was sitting thinking about how much I really wanted to have a smoke.  But after watching that video I have changed my mind.  To see what kind of damage you are doing to yourself is a real eye opener.
Thanks for the video

For those of you who have not seen Josie's video, please take the time to watch it.  It is one of the most powerful videos I have ever watched.  Thank you Josie.  It is not easy to watch, but my mantra for today is "Every cigarette is doing you damage."

To see it you must find a post by her and then look under her picture and you see "my video" click on that and watch it.

Keep the Quit
Sparky
