Sherry, I am sorry you are having a bad day ((hugs)), go to the bathroom and cry, thats what I did ALOT!!! I still do sometimes. It is a great release, I had to learn that. Breath deep, at least 10 at a time real slow, in and out and gulp ice water. that should even make your tongue feel better. I wish I could take it away...my thoughts are with you. Are you taking anything for this quit? Patch, meds? Know we are here with a hand held out if you need it..just YELL!!!!

Smokeless, sorry your having a rough day, its just that way for each rough one you get through , it will make you tougher for the next one, need to take the good ones with the bad ones

Gallons of iced water, a few well rehearsed mantras and a determination that smoking ain't gonna help no matter what happens!! Cos it won't!!

It's only 9:00am where I am at and it seems like I have been in a bad crave since I woke up at 4:55am. Everyone, Everything, Happy or Sad is really irritating me.
