Its 5 years today, and I wanted to say something profound but in the end, it's just simple: I'm free!
There was a time when I could not imagine life without smoking. How would I ever enjoy things again? But guess what, I enjoy things all the more.
There was a time when I thought I would lose my identity without smoking. Well, I still get a reflection in the mirror - older maybe, but with fewer smoke induced wrinkles. ;)
A big Thank You to all at the SSC whose own journeys I have been privileged to share. We are a varied and genuine group of virtual residents with a special bond.
Lizzie :)
