Maybe you could enlist your husband.. or the friends  to empty the ashtrays before they leave... or have a coffe can with water for them to put the butts in....  Wet cigarette butts are pretty disgusting.

Also on line is a FREE download e book..  "Allen Carr's Easy Way To Quit Smoking"   Iread most of it.. has a lot of things to keep in mind.. and some of the sayings we use here... N O P E

I teased my husband I was going to get a tatoo that says N O P E ....

I think what is keep me focused.. is NOT wanting to repeat those first 30+ days.   Otherwise  I think it would be so easy to go back again.

You are getting back on the train again..   Don't forget to come here.. and read and check in join the parades and trains etc.

The news Just stated  having a "BUDDY" system is a HUGE help in keeping a quit.

Bonnie,

Hi all.
I started smoking two weeks ago.I am so ashamed.I was so very proud not to be smoking..don't even know how it happened, Started "shooting butts' my husbands friends left in ashtrays then all of a sudden I stopped and bought a pack. The first pack lasted me 4 or 5 days but now up to a pack a day. I started back on the chantix and set my quit day for Monday.
I really need both some scolding and some hugs from all of you....sooo I'm listening.
