As for the eating habits; steer clear of junk food and focus on eating healthy snacks and drinking lots of water. Here are some tips to try:
When you are getting hungry try an apple or carrot sticks in place of candy.
If your craving salty, try nuts instead of chips or crackers.
Dried fruits make great healthy snacks as well.
In your everyday eating try to replace white grains with whole wheat.
Try eating three well balanced meals a day and limit your snacking.
