Hi everyone. It is a bank holiday here in the UK, and for once I have some time off. So I am going to use it by writing here. My month as being team lead is now over and although I came very very very close some days, I did not smoke. I am not sure if I am proud of that or think it is a chance wasted. Yes, still the same old Kev :) It hasn't actually turned out to be any quieter with 3 people as there are so many projects going on. But I still intend to check in more often now as soon as I get some quiet time. HUGS to all Kev My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 298 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,450 Amount Saved: 1,251.60 Life Gained: Days: 38 Hrs: 4 Mins: 41 Seconds: 40

Every single day we hear from you is a great day and I am sure you are never going to smoke again. We are going into spring. That is our forth season. Summer is next and we quit last summer. Aren't we just awsome? Hugs my July firecracker! You must have to work really hard to keep that twin dog that white! With or without doggy treats. :D Right, just checking in really today as it may be my last chance for a month due to work commitments. You will be in my mind (as always) and I wish you the best of success. I would just like to say 'Yay, and WAY TO GO' to all the people I will miss in the Stats section. Whether I make it or whether I end up smoking 60 a day by the end of this month, I will let you know in one months time. Hey Kev, We use the bleach cycle ;p This is not actually a picture of my guy, although if you put a little food stain around his mouth it could be his twin. Both of my dogs smile like this all of the time. Did I mention that my life revolves around spoiling them? :) Glad to see you back and feeling better! (and not smoking!!) If only I was skiving Phil :) I was working at home yesterday, and today I am at work, avoiding the frosty atmosphere at home (the 60th did not meet expectations aka we're in the doghouse for a long time). I am relaxed at the moment. Maybe the lacking in any type of energy (including nervous energy) helps a lot. :) Peace, the tea thing I have no trouble at all with. Strangely my parents went off tea when they went down with it. Not me, I love tea. Hi Grin, I love the new photo btw. How did the dog get so clean and white? He or she sure looks happy. Sue, so how about the choccy eggs? Did you have an easter egg hunt? Sylvie, thanks for the well wishes. Right, today I will try and get some SSC reading in. I have tons and tons and tons to catch up with.
