Hey Evie, no matter how stressful your life is right now, smoking is NOT going to make that better! We had to learn that the hard way, smoking does not make anything better or easier, it will just make you feel worse for giving in. Try something else to relax or de-stress, exercise, deep breathing, camomile tea.....you get the picture? :)
