Hey Grammy!!!

That's the right thing to do!!!  Stick to us like Velcro!!!  I quit with the Chantix and it really did minimize the cravings, both the frequency and the intensity!  I couldn't have done it though without my quit buddies here!!!

Hopefully you have prepared yourself well for your FINAL quit!!!  Just believe that you CAN do it this time and don't turn back!!!  Positive Mental Attitude IS the key to a successful quit, so believe in yourself and just do it!!!  We're here for you!

   Jim

Granny,

Welcome back!  Congratulations on making the decision to quit again! Take some time to look around the site and re-start the program. Take advantage of all of the tools and resources that are available to you, and read and posts as frequently as you can.

Yes, That is what I remember the most.  I knew you were expecting a grandbaby.  You don't know how many times
I have thought of you. I just knew when the time was right you would come back here.  Now I promise to quit heckling you.

I am totally laughing at myself now!  I even used a different e-mail to log in with.  But seeing you again, Moss, and Goofy too - I feel like I have come home and I didn't need to hide.  Last time I was here I was determined to quit before my little grandbaby was born - I guess my "new" name gives away that he is here now.  You guys are all so awesome - even the ones I haven't met yet.  Thanks for the welcome home.

Welcome back Grammy,

You once had a good quit started..Hang in there. It can be done, and you can do it!

One more thing...don't feel bad about losing your quit..This is a hard addiction to quit, and as they say "If it was easy, everyone would do it". It takes determination, perseverance,  and the ability to get through the emotional ups and downs.

We're still here to lean on.

Ron
