Congrats on your 3 wonderful years! You have been tremendous support to a number of folks along the way. (We have the same lifesaver. Thinks she's saved a few of us.) Wishing you tremendous health! Congrats to you 3 gala!!! What an accomplishment & I am so glad to hear over again that life is truly great without the smokes. For us in the midst or early stages of our quit--it is SO important to hear the success stories & how much it will be worth it... Enjoy the benefits of your outstanding accomplishment... I am so proud to say I have been quit for 3 wonderful smoke free years and I know I could not have done it without the help of this wonderful site and all the caring people, Rusty being my life saver. If you are just starting hang in there it is so WORTH IT. I struggled so hard thos first days, I cried, got depressed, cursed and even hit my poor husband, but I did it and I dont ever want to go back to that again. You can do it, I know its not easy but I dont regret the struggle at all. My only regret is that I smoked at all. Since I have quit I have a new career, I lost all my weight I put on and I feel great and my hubby says I look great too :) So if you are just starting or coming up to weeks, months, or years, just keep going you can do it. Thank you to all the SSC staff and the wonderful members for helping me make it 3 years smoke free!!!!
