Thank you to everyone!!! Rewards are a very big part of quitting so be sure to reward yourself for those big milestones. I wasn't able to spend much on rewards through the year, but there are many rewards that don't cost anything...
I am lucky enough to have an experienced person around to teach and train me on this new hobby and safety is of course top priority... but the main thing about it all is being out in nature taking in the fresh air and sunshine... and I can hike through the woods and not be totally out of breath before I get there!
Deb, you are very welcome and I am glad that my story has helped you. That is why I came back after being gone for a while. I remember my first months looking at the stats of the people who had quit long before me... and hearing their stories... it helped me so much and I wanted to give back to this site because I know just how much it can help. You will have your own story, you are writing it now and you are doing awesome!!!
