GREAT job Judi. I am one day behind you.. it is hard not to replace one habit with another.
I have been trying to keep busy, crocheting, or on the computer.
A couple tricks I have been using. Use the sandwich playe for your dinner plate. smaller portions. also I put my "snacks" in a small bowl .. that way i can limit the size, by not eating straight out of the bag I am more aware of how much I am eating.
I found some lozenges... at the vitamiond store (says not to have more than 12 per day). they are sweetened with stevia.. and have zinc and some have echineca (SP?) try not to skip meals. eating 4 to 6 small meals, keeps you full ... less likely to snack.
I also found some flavored rice snacks... 7 of them are 60 calories.
air popped pop corn.
Great job... on the 60 days....
((((((hugs))))))) Bonnie
