Hi everyone, I have not been around lately...been very busy rehabing a house. So, I quit around 7 months ago, but got addicted to the NRT's and 3 months ago started taking chantix to get off the nrt's...crazy, huh. Well, I took my last one yesterday and am kind of nervous today. I will be busy at work today. I worry about my days off; as usual, they are the hardest for me. I am smoke free and joyous about it. This has been such a bumpy road for me. I have not handled big cravings very well in the past. I am re-reading "Easy Way", to cement my conviction. Just venting, I guess. It makes me feel better to write it down. Have a wonderful smoke free day, all. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 311 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,464 Amount Saved: $1,555.00 Life Gained: Days: 43 Hrs: 9 Mins: 22 Seconds: 15
