Welcome back Kristilu, I'm sure you can handle quitting this time. You're already familiar with what to expect. Don't forget...post before you smoke...One minute, ten, fifteen, an hour at a time. you can do this!! Today is day one, since about 11am. I've been drinking cold water and chewing gum and it has held me up so far. I joined Curves and worked out for the first time today at lunch. For some reason it really gave me a boost to do this. I guess because exercise makes you feel good anyway. I hope I haven't run any of my buddies off in all my wishy washiness! I am not trying to quit, I'm quitting, one minute at a time!
