Hi Lalew! Well you have 34 smoke free days to help boost you for this stress! Start by writing down some self talk on cards that you can go into your romm and read when needed. Examples: I am the one in control of my life. I am the victor not the victim! I am a strong non smoker and no one can make me smoke! (You see the theme)
Next plan ahead by having cold water, gum, straws, hard candy, whatever is your fav for back up when you get stressed.
Terry is right. They can only make you feel bad if you let them do it, so don't! (You are the one who controls your own happiness!)
You can get through this, you ARE strong! You're a member of the SSC and you have all these wonderful quitters here to help you do it!
You go girl! :)
