Bless you all for your kind words and support. I just got in from work and I found these lovely messages waiting for me :) Well today started off a little hard, but I didn't cave in and I feel like everytime I ignore my cravings I get a little stronger. Tonight I feel great! Thankyou once again to everybody, I look to all your stats and I am so impressed, maybe when I get a little further on in my quit I can offer some good advice to members who need it :) I hope so. Goodnight all, stay strong. Hey Naomi How are you today? Hope it is a better day for you...jsut remember, this too shall pass...really, truly...keep that positive attitude. One of the best quotes I read when I first got on this site was something to the effect that "I would rather be a non smoker occasionally thinking of wanting a cigarette that a smoker constantly wanting to quit". A good one to keep in mind. Hang tough, things will improve day by day and we are all here for you. Thankyou all for your advice. I am sleeping much more the past 4 days already. Today was the hardest day for me so far. I have gone from being very grumpy this morning to tearful at the end of my shift in work. I really need to be 100% in my job. I was having some really crazy junkie thoughts and reasoning with myself that it was okay to start smoking again:( I haven't smoked though and the craving seems to have passed. I am thinking to start putting my new patches on in the morning instead of before I go to bed, maybe that way I will put off the worst of the cravings till I get home from work. Once again thankyou to everyone who welcomed me, when I felt weak I thought about you guys on here! (Hey Mr Ed, I am not entirely sure what I have to do, but in this post you have my quit name and quit meter) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 48 Amount Saved: 3.20 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 5 Mins: 47 Seconds: 39
