Sometimes it just doesn't matter why. Why we're craving ... why we're anxious. In fact, for me, when I try to figure out the why it just makes things worse.
When I'm having a bad day, or a REALLY bad day, all I can do is take it a minute at a time and BREATHE! Breathe deeply and release whatever is pent up inside.
I do remember reading that sometimes when we hit a milestone (like a month) things can get a little dicey.
Congrats on a month by the way. I'm sure Nicodemon IS NOT PLEASED!!!!
Take care,
Faith

Been there, done that! The deep breathing exercise helps, but I found self talk the best, in a quiet environment if you can find one.
Pump yourself back up, "I am a non smoker! I control my thoughts, I control my life! Smoking is not an option!"
Or there's always the dishes to break, or a pillow to punch! Or have a good cry. Just find some way of release. (without committing murder!) :) We've all done it so you're not alone!

BaD dAy!!!!
I have had an absolute awful day, with one of those nagging pressure in the chest area, wanna scream at the top of my lungs, at every single person who looked at me kind of days... My urge to reach for a ciggy isn't that I have the taste for it; it's more that it's what I did before when I had these kind of days. I litteraly want to rip someones head off, ok so only figuratively, but you get the picture. Anyone know what to do, I thought that by this time the urge would have passed, It's been there all day. My husband is almost ready to go out and buy them for me. The worst part is that I can't even explain why I am feeling so anxious???? :eg:Any suggestions would be appreciated!
