thanks jim; i'm gonna enjoy the tournament , but i think i'll avoid the sports bar for a while , too much temptation there for me to smoke right now. i thought about you guys this weekend , when i was tempted to smoke i would think "i don't want to let those folks down" , and it worked. Astrofan, 5 smoke free days, and you made it through your first weekend. Your doing great. Your first week is nearly over. Every day gets a little easier, and a little easier... I'm jealous of your weather though. We're hovering around 0 degrees near Toronto. All the grass is covered in huge mounds of snow. We have a glimmer of hope though...spring is on the way. Congrats on your quit!!!! Cheers, Jan :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/27/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 50 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,250 Amount Saved: $425.00 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 17 Mins: 24 Seconds: 26

hey folks; i hope you all had a great weekend , my wife and i sure did. we met some great friends for "gruene days" in central texas. this is kind of like a huge indoor/outdoor flea market and antique market. the weather was great , bright sunshine and 86 degrees. we all had a few beers , my wife bought some neat pottery AND I DID NOT SMOKE ! yes i've only had 5 days of non-smoking but it felt great to walk around this day in freedom from cigarettes! thanks for all the help , god bless you. mike r./astrofan My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/12/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 150 Amount Saved: $45.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 21 Mins: 3 Seconds: 49
