I am having problems concentrating:(

It's perfectly normal Mrs. Nick. The first couple of weeks are foggy and sleepy due to the changes in your brain from lack of that nasty drug! It happened to all of us. Try to get a bit more sleep if you can and during the day and extra coffee or tea might help you stay more alert. It is just a phase and gets better quickly! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 366 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 9,150 Amount Saved: $3,861.30 Life Gained: Days: 48 Hrs: 1 Mins: 13 Seconds: 20

HI, I am having problems concentrating. This is effecting my performance at work. On my job I have to be able to think on my feet a lot. My CEO and Director are being Great. I was on a phone with my Director and lost 5 min of the convesation. I had to get her to back up and go over the info again. She told me to hang in and not smoke. I am so lucky to have a great support team on my job. I am concerned how ever because I porvide supports for people with complex needs. Does any one know any thing that may help. I know I will not smoke ever again, I am not going to go through this ever again. I can manage the cravings, headaches, and all the other stuff. After all I am the one that started smoking in the 1st place. I am not crying or thinking of giving up. (I may be crying but it is just withdrawl...LOL. I wish we had spellcheck!!
