Faith, I have three dachshunds, long hair, I love them all, but what a handful. They look at me like that when I come home and I know there must be a roll of toilet paper shredded somewhere... ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 95 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,850 Amount Saved: $356.25 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 19 Mins: 3 Seconds: 37

A1, No the beagle isn't mine. We are dog people though. Up until Sept./07 we were a 2 dog family. One of our doggies had to be put down, she was 18 years old and had a long life. We still have one dog. He's a chow/husky cross. He's 13 now. Gotta love a good dog!!!!! :) Faith My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/23/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 78 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,950 Amount Saved: $936.00 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 22 Mins: 48 Seconds: 2

Speaking of beaches, we always go to Cocoa, is that the best choice? To me it is the best, but I thought I would ask a real Floridian!!! I am from WI any beach is great. I usually sat with a beer in one and a you know what in the other...this year is was neither, just the little kids and a sand shovel collecting shells with a 1 year old. My kids went fishing on a charter with grandpa. They all caught puffer fish, which they thought was so cool, the guide showed them how to blow them up. Last fish caught was my sons, a stingray!!! They let him keep the stinger...they had alot of fun. Florida is awesome, now I am back in WI glad that it was 29 degrees today. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 95 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,850 Amount Saved: $356.25 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 19 Mins: 3 Seconds: 16

Welcome back, or should I say, sorry you had to leave Orlando! I love living here. Anyhow, glad you made it through your vacation without smoking..I guess you knew it would last. I have a chair and margarita with your name on it waiting on the beach. That will be one heck of a celebration!! I have to, heard mixed thoughts. I cut down to 1 pill a day about 2 weeks ago, I am thinking maybe I should just be taking 1/2 now, but I just stopped taking it. There were a few days where I forgot to take it all together so I knew I didn't really need it. (I don't think), I will let everyone know. I am not sure if Moss is around, but I know he had somewhat of a problem going off and on. Maybe he will pop in at some point. I know, isn't that wierd. The first time I quit smoking, a couple of years back, I was always checking my pockets or reaching into the tray in my car. It never happenend this time, until this trip. It was so weird, at least I could laugh about it. Thanks for the kind words!!
