Howdy all! i am on day #32 and really pissed off that i am doing this cold turkey. why did i choose this method? hmmpf and snort. i am no longer dreaming that i am smoking but am now dreaming that i reach for the cigs and stop myself...yeah! I get to be frustrated in life and asleep as well. i will make it though...how can i not? why does it seem a bit harder then it did 18 days ago? i think it's time for me to find a new snack food. but not one puff ever...this much i know.
