I know this feeling all to well!
Basicly what happens is, subconsciously your mind is stuck on something, it has a thought, it sends a shock of juice to the little part in your brain that shouldnt be working while watching t.v.! The tingly feeling is basicly like your mind waking your body and system up. Giving your nerves a little shock.
It can be a very scary feeling, but you just have to tell yourself, it is ok! It is normal, and it cannot hurt me! To get yourself to stop thinking about it, well that you will have to figure out for yourself. I wish I knew the cure for that problem! Just try to tell yourself, its ok, its normal, it might even happen again, but if it does, I already know what it is going to do, and I know it cant hurt me, and it will go away. Self talk helps alot!
