Rose Colored Glasses And as the sun risers every morning, think how pleasant and how good you are going to feel when the thought of smoking is not the first thought on your mind. Think about how good you are going to feel when a smoke is not the last course at the dinner table, or when you are driving along in your automobile, wind blowing through your hair, sun shinning down on you, not a care, and not a smoke to enjoy or enhance the moment. Im saying to you, you dont need one. There are plenty of exciting and fulfilling times ahead. What will I do if I dont smoke? You need things to do to fell the time and keep your mind busy. You wont miss them as much while you are busy, and in fact you will actually forget about smoking for a spell while you are busy or just plain distracted. After a while you wont have to do anything special at all to replace smoking. It is the beginning and interim quitting that requires the most dedication of you. Like Kelly has said dont smoke and btw I thought I saw that Kelly has gone 180 days without smoking. It is so very good of you to do so! If you try real hard, sweet talk yourself, recite your reason(s) for quitting and keep body and mind busy as possible, this time you will succeed. Put on your pair of rose colored glasses! Have a fun weekend, you do so deserve it!
