I'm late again - sorry about that. It's hard keeping up with all you successful quitters and the milestones on your respective journeys to freedom. So well, done ML, on your 90 days. 90 days free after 50 years smoking is an amazing achievement. Hey ML, I'm a day late but I was thinking about you yesterday. I am not sure where 90 days went either but here we are. I understand your statement about not feeling like a non-smoker yet, even though we are just that. I hope time and attitude will take care of that. I am glad that you joined Freedom and I. 3 No-ember strangers sending out good wishes to each other is a great thing. See you on the beach next week. Goofy is holding a spot for us, I'm sure. Thank you all for your support. Freedom and Moss are just ahead of me in No-Ember and I'm following their lead. I still don't think of myself as a non-smoker though. But perhaps I am as I'm not smoking. I have found that it would be easy to lapse and when I feel like that, I come here and read and am encouraged to see so many with nearly a year, or more than a year, or in some cases years, so I know it can be done. One day at a time. This 90 days kind of snuck up on me and I just wanted to shout - Hey, look at me. I'm smoke free for 90 days for the first time in over 50 years. Who'd thunk it? Congratulations ML.It's good to feel proud of oneself... I can't remember that feeling in myself for such a long time previously except for the birth of my son 19 years ago and then when he quit drugs at age 17... God, I wish he could "see" well enough to stop smoking also... You are so right to be proud of yourself. Demmit! I'm proud of you for being proud!
