Just checking in ..and after a month on Champix hubby and I quit that too, yesterday I was a bit jumpy but still I know that I quit and will not smoke again...ever!

BTW everyone ..... amazing but it is getting so much easier to say to that little monster inside you that I have decided NOPE and that little monster is getting smaller and smaller every day! BJ and Tresa I QUIT and now am a non smoker. Wow what freedom in that phrase especially when you start to believe it! Where or where has everyone gone comon posts your stats we can do it...
