I am VERY HAPPILY coming up to my 2 years Quit Anniversary (13th February to be precise!). I would like to think that I've spent a lot of the time in helping other quitters. There has been trouble today, which takes me back to a situation around a year ago where members of the site were arguing about the best way to give up smoking. Fortunately after this shake up, things got back to a happy equilibrium. The source of disharmony no longer posted or existed and happy times ensued!!!!!! However , over the past two days, there has been a dispute over the validity of a number of 'so called' quitters. A couple of 'old timers' decided to return to the site and 'challenge' all the good work that has been done by a GOLD STAR QUITTER ............. For those of you who were not here one year ago with your quits, the posts coming in from 'old' quitters mainly yesterday and today - be warned Judge for yourself, if in doubt, search on recent posts on the SSC. Thank you, over and out, and Goodnight x My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 727 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 21,810 Amount Saved: 5,452.50 Life Gained: Days: 118 Hrs: 13 Mins: 23 Seconds: 28
