Hey Paula That's exactly what happened to me. I didn't think it thru, came here at the spur of the moment and filled in my name, quit date, etc. and everything took off from there. I didn't think i wanted to quit and didn't know what brought all of it on. But i haven't had one single pull since my quit date. So, don't second guess the reason why you are here and just know that there is a reason and somewhere inside you a part of you wants to quit. No need to think it thru, that's just when "the addict" starts talking. Stay here, stay strong and we will be here to help and support you. Hi Paula. Think hard about the four (4) weeks when you were not a smoker; 1. How did you prepare to stop? 2. How did you feel when you had stopped? 3. What made you go back to smoking? Tell us about that quit in detail and it will help you to get the job done for good this time around. And always do as Lainey says! She has the absolute fundamentals for quitting at her fingertips and she's been quit for almost a year...
