well, maybe not all were happy but, combine all of the last 200 days together and they do make me HAPPY!! Yipppeeee!!! I have not smoked for 200 days. When I first started out, I never really doubted that I would not make it to this point. In fact today, I know I will make it to a whole year and beyond. But in those early days, it felt as if I would never get here. Time just stood still.I really hated that I was wishing my life away. Wheew, it does feel good now that my quit meter just clicks away. And with every new day, I feel stronger and healthier in body and soul. I have learned to reward myself and to marvel in even the smallest of accomplishments. I have learned to control how I react to stress and stupidity. I have come a long way in 200 days and I am very happy to be here. To you new quitters, I'd like to say, yes, the clock does move. Just hang in there and soon, very soon, the days will start to click by. You too will be asking yourself "has it really been that long?" a non smoker for 200 days, G My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 200 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,000 Amount Saved: $960.00 Life Gained: Days: 20 Hrs: 15 Mins: 28 Seconds: 48
