Well, I want to know how you got that dog to stick its face through there and stay long enough for a picture.

Congrats Unhooked,
That is just awsome! I like the fact that now, when I think of smoking and It just starts to bother me, I go do something and by the time I think of it again, it has been hours and sometimes days.
It really does only get better!

awesome Heather! John is going to be jealous, he loves to ski - and actually has yet to try it smoke free. We need to organize that for him.
Congrats to you,
Sue

Hey, quit buddies!
On Sunday, I went skiing as a non-smoker for the first time ever!
No lighting up on the lift, balancing poles & gloves & twisting around to open & close pockets & get the damn thing lit out of the wind without burning my jacket.
No having to huddle at the side of the lodge to smoke after lunch with the other addicts while everyone else gets an extra run in.
And most of all, not smelling that disgusting smell that is so much stronger out in the clean, crisp air in the mountains.
I love being a non-smoker, and I love all teh "firsts" I still have to look forward to.
