Wow!! Can you believe I have not smoked a cigarette in 7 months. This smoke free life is wonderful I recommend it to everyone. I know milestones have a way of trying to wake the addiction. It has been on my mind today. I am extremely proud of being smoke free this long. This site is still my number one offence against smoking. So here I am 7 months later still telling all of you how I feel about not smoking. I am still learning, a few lbs. heavier and much happier with myself. I am not going to smoke.
