Yeah, I had a few triggers this weekend too, but managed to NOT light up! I have had one cigarette in a pack for the past 2 weeks, just look at it longingly occasionally (LOL), and I had wanted it to be "there" as a token of my last cig. I looked and it was gone! PANIC!! I really started to panic...then I thought..what the heck is THAT all about? So, I examined my reasons for keep "just one" around and realized that the fact it was no longer here was about the best thing for me! And, the Super Bowl was a bit rough, but we stayed home and watched the game and had lots of healthy munchies to snack on, so we made it. My lab is 10 months old, close to 95 pounds and still all puppy energy, so that keeps me busy, thank goodness. Have a good one, Jazz..glad to know there are still a few of us January quitters staying quit!!
