Sparky, of course you're right and that very thing has proven to be my downfall in previous quits as well as previous personal crap to deal with.
The difference for me this time is I am enlisting the help of family and friends and people who love me.
It's quite dosconcerting for them, and they get a "w t h???" look on their face when I say I can't do this by myself and I could really use their help.
They'll get over it.
Also, I lurk here when I feel I want to take but have nothing to give. You all lift me up more than you will ever know.
My loins are girded, I know I'll come out of this stronger, smarter, more confident, hopefully a better mother, and still smoke-free.
