Aloha - I just figured since Sparky volunteered me, I'd volunteer her. It's only fair, don't you think? I'll tell you what, when your brother quits, he can call me, okay? ;p
Terry - You just have to decide if you want to quit or not. You are as ready as you'll ever be. Do you want to quit smoking more than you want to smoke?

Glad you are feeling well today. But, if you feel like yelling at someone, I'll give you Sparky's number... :eg:

This morning I got up and went to workout and ran a little bit on the treadmill. It's easier for me when I don't start the day with a smoke. I then went to the grocery store and as I was checking out I asked for a pack. So I had my first on at 10AM today. I'll be busy with family stuff for a while today and I am confident that the delay tactic will work to have me back down to about 3 for the day. Whewwwww Got go make taco's. Thanks everyone and Sparky for the HALT, I always love that.
Terry, I hope things are going well for you today. Just remember this is your quit. Kelly will be an awesome support, but you can not compare your quit with hers or any of us. Remember to take slow and easy. Breath, drink water, suck on straws or candy, call Kelly and scream at her :eg: she will understand.
All you have to do is not light up and take this one minute, hour, or day at a time. Each crave you get though makes you stronger and makes you a winner.
