Now you're getting to the next phase...dealing with the emotions without smoking. I am so glad to hear that you're recognizing the trigger. Smart woman, you, and that you're looking for another way to deal with the sadness. That was one of the hardest triggers for me to find substitutes for. Many caring friends on here reminded me that it is okay to cry when I feel sad, something that the smoking me did not do. So, I guess I'm trying to remind you of the same, in my round about way....or go buy something ;)
