I'm glad to see you keep jumping right back on the horse (sorry Ed!) after each fall. It's brutally hard to quit cigarettes, to heal yourself from this addiction. I think we often forget how severe the addiction is and think oh it's just stopping smoking but it's one hell of a rough ride. But Kristilu, so many of us have got over those humps, so next time you want to smoke, get on here, read until the craving goes away, lather, rinse, repeat until you're back in control. No one's giving up on you...don't give up on yourself. x T My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 384 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,832 Amount Saved: 2,112.00 Life Gained: Days: 32 Hrs: 17 Mins: 16 Seconds: 4

Well young lady as my friend Tresa would say " it's time for you to put on your big girl panties " I'm inclinnded to say j,f.d.i. and you w'ont need a latin teacher to figure that one out. If it takes a hammer and a shovel to get the job done use them both what ever it takes . Get the message. And remember this the only person affected by your continued smoking is you. Good for you Kristilu!!! Like you, your quit is unique. You're making progress although it may not feel that way. I have faith in you and I'm confident you'll find the quit you're looking for. It says much about your character and determination that you can come here share your experience with us. Thank you for that. Josie and the other Mods are very helpful and encouraging. We all try to be. You're taking a beating with this goal but don't let it beat you. You can do this and it will take whatever it takes. must a person go thru hell week to get the freakin picture?! Why would a sane person put theirself thru this more than once?! How many times can a person quit and come back before yall give up on her?! I wouldn't blame you for ignoring my posts in the future, say until I had about 600 days on my quit meter! And what gives me the right to give advice to anyone! Now, I'm going to try to remain positive. The first week, I made it 3 days, 2 nights. The second week, I made it 5 days 4 nights. Maybe, just maybe this is it!! I cannot give up! I have to keep going. I have to make it thru that "hell moment" when it comes this time. I have to put on my fireproof suit and just go thru it. I have to bury the junkie. (maybe I needed a shovel and not a hammer, she has a very hard head :confuse:) So, with this confession, I begin again. Hoping that my dearest supporters who I feel I have let down, will be there for me to help me once again. I am burying my defeat into the past and looking forward. Because only in the future am I a non-smoker who has buried the hard headed, stupid, lazy, no quittin junkie!
