Thank you so much!!!! To be honest, I have not been keeping up with the days anymore and would not have even known about this post had it not been for a little birdie (Sparky)! I feel elated and guilty at the same time! I promise to visit more often....things have been a bit busy and hectic lately.... But, on the plus side, I DID remember my password AND...I have 500 days!!! It sure was a struggle, but it gets easier and easier (as my friend Marie says) one day at a time! I do cherish the support and the friendships I have developed on this site. You guys ROCK! I don't know what to say, Karen congrats on 500 days being smoke free. You have been such an important part of my quit.
