Ah Kristilu, I am feeling your pain. Try to figure out what happened to make you give in, and find a way to work through it the next time. It is a matter of finding what works for you to get through each craving. If gum helps, use it, or candy, or posting, or screaming...do what it takes. You are an addict, and the only way to overcome an addiction is to realize you can't ever touch a cigarette again, no matter what. Close the possiblity of ever smoking by closing the door to them and it will help you! Hang in there. You can do this! :)
